Integrate Salesforce with Targitr

Effortlessly sync your Salesforce activity and lead data with Targitr’s rewards and performance tracking. This integration ensures that every number of calls, meetings booked, and emails logged in Salesforce flows into Targitr without manual entry.

Key Features

With just a few clicks, you can connect your Salesforce account to Targitr and start importing lead and activity data. We are able to map Salesforce fields (including custom ones) directly to Targitr’s metrics, ensuring rewards and KPIs are aligned with your sales process.

Whenever reps log activities or update lead information in Salesforce, Targitr reflects those updates automatically, keeping both systems perfectly in sync.

How to use

  1. When setting up your account, Targitr will ask you connect your CRM. If you an existing user in Targitr, go to Settings → Integrations, select Salesforce, and click Connect
  2. You’ll be redirected to Salesforce; log in and authorise the connection.
  3. Once approved, run a test to see that it’s syncing correctly (this may take 24 hours). We work with manager accounts first to sync up the required metrics.
  4. From then on, activity logged in Salesforce will automatically update in Targitr, powering your challenges, streaks, and points without extra admin work.

  • Built-in Field Mapping: Quickly map Salesforce’s standard fields to Targitr’s performance metrics for seamless tracking. We can do this while setting up manager accounts, so that rep accounts have less word to do.
  • Custom Variable Mapping: Match Salesforce custom fields to Targitr’s variables to reflect your team’s unique KPIs.
  • Fine-Tune Data: Adjust field values during setup to ensure clean, accurate data powering your challenges and rewards.

Real-Time Status Updates

Go to Targitr.com, login to your account and go to Settings > Integration > Salesforce

After logging in, your Salesforce account will be successfully connected to Targitr.

The next step is you configuring the metrics you would like to track in challenges, this is done by admin users for the whole workspace.

This makes the process a lot easier for team members.

Run tests by refreshing the leaderboard and challenges in your Targitr account.

Due to some technical processes, Targitr can take up to 24 hours to sync all data. If data does still not sync after a period of time, please get in touch at contact@targitr.com
