This policy explains how Targitr Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores personal data in connection with our SaaS products and services for businesses (“you”, “your”). It also explains your rights in relation to your personal data and how you can exercise them.

We collect different types of personal data, depending on how you use our services. These may include:

  • Contact data: name, job title, business address, email, telephone/mobile number.

  • Account & login data: user name, password, usage logs, preferences.

  • Payment data: business billing information, transaction history (excluding credit card numbers if using a third-party processor).

  • Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, OS, error logs, session data.

  • Support & communication data: correspondence, support tickets, feedback.

  • ‘Read-only’ data synced with the connected CRM. This is to feed the activities and challenges within Targitr. When CRMs are disconnected then the data will be unable to sync.
