Integrate Hubspot with Targitr

Effortlessly sync your Hubspot activity and lead data with Targitr’s rewards and performance tracking. This integration ensures that every number of calls, meetings booked, and emails logged in Hubspot flows into Targitr without manual entry.

Key Features

With just a few clicks, you can connect your Hubspot account to Targitr and start importing lead and activity data. We are able to map Hubspot fields (including custom ones) directly to Targitr’s metrics, ensuring rewards and KPIs are aligned with your sales process.

Whenever reps log activities or update lead information in Hubspot, Targitr reflects those updates automatically, keeping both systems perfectly in sync.

How to use

  1. When setting up your account, Targitr will ask you connect your CRM. If you an existing user in Targitr, go to Settings → Integrations, select Hubspot, and click Connect
  2. You’ll be directed to Hubspot; log in and authorise the connection.
  3. Once approved, run a test to see that it’s syncing correctly (this may take 24 hours). We work with admin accounts first to sync up the required metrics.
  4. From then on, activity logged in Hubspot will automatically update in Targitr, powering your challenges, streaks, and points without extra admin work.

How to connect:

Go to Targitr.com, login to your account and go to Settings > Integration > Hubspot

 

Choose Hubspot to connect your account:

After logging in, your Hubspot account will be successfully connected to Targitr.

The next step is already configured, during onboarding your metrics will be already synced by us and your management team. This makes the process a lot easier for team members.

Run tests by refreshing the leaderboard and challenges in your Targitr account.

Note: due to Hubspot custom activity options, any metric that is unique to you may be considered hard to track, please get in touch.

What the integration is used for?

  • We sync Targitr with Hubspot in order to read certain numerical metric information, such as number of calls, emails and meetings booked. Targitr does not have access to the contacts that are associated to these activities (unless otherwise separately agreed upon). 
  • The numerical metric information is used to study the progress members and teams are making towards KPI challenges within Targitr 
  • This information is not stored within Targitr, therefore meaning that if the CRM was to disconnect, the data would not be able to analysed.
